1. Worldwide Shipping
JDM-CAR-PARTS ships to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services depending on your location and order size.
5. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Large & Heavy Items
Engines, gearboxes, and other heavy parts are shipped via freight. Freight shipping costs will be quoted separately before dispatch. Customer is responsible for arranging local delivery from the freight terminal if required.
7. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. JDM-CAR-PARTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Incorrect Address
JDM-CAR-PARTS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
