1. Our Commitment
At JDM-CAR-PARTS we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase we will do our best to make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in the same condition as received — unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging where applicable
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Used/JDM engines that have been installed are not eligible for return unless a verified mechanical defect is confirmed
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used engine parts
- Electrical components once removed from packaging
- Special order or custom sourced parts
- Items damaged due to improper installation
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at sales@jdmcarparts.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- Items show signs of use but are not installed
- Original packaging is missing
- Return is made after the 30-day window at our discretion
7. Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item contact us at sales@jdmcarparts.shop
8. Defective or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
9. Engine & Long Block Policy
All JDM engines are compression tested before dispatch. In the event of a verified mechanical defect reported within 30 days of delivery and confirmed by a certified mechanic’s report, we will offer a replacement engine or store credit.
